Performance Building Services is family owned and we operate quite differently than most HVAC contractors. Founded in 1998, as a division of RK Mechanical, Performance Building Services was created on the premise of offering customers single point service, or more simply stated, everything they need in one place. This gives us the flexibility to offer your facility comprehensive service to allow you to focus on your core business. Relationships, convenience for our customers and quality service are the foundation on which PBS was built.
